Who is this service for?: Our service is for web design companies and freelancers who need to outsource their web development.
What turnaround time can you guarantee?: We can guarantee a turnaround time up to 3 working days for orders with up to 3 pages. For larger orders the turnaround time will be larger.

Is the code standards compliant?

Yes, we code using W3C's XHTML and CSS standards.

What browsers do you test in?

We test the pages in the following rendering engines on PC platforms:

Do you code Javascript?

We code the Javascript code you need for an additional price.

What if I have some changes?

We are happy to help with any changes you will need on your pages.

What files should I send you?: We prefer a Photoshop PSD source file, but we can work with AI or PNG.
How do I include my drop-down menus or hover effects?: It's best if you have these hover effects or drop-down menus on separate layers.
How can I provide you with various requirements I have for my pages?: You can write them all in detail in the order form. Also you can use Photoshop to create notes on the design itself.

What payment methods do you accept?: We currently accept only PayPal as a payment method.
When do I make payment?: If you're a new customer, you will have to pay upfront the entire sum. The delivery time of 3 working days starts from the moment you've made payment.
If you're a return customer, you will be able to pay after we deliver your pages.
Can I get a volume discount?: Yes, we do offer volume discounts. If you have more than 10 pages, contact us before placing an order.
What if I'm not happy with your work?: If you are realy not satisfied with our work, we will refund 90% your money for that order. We haven't had any complaints though.

Will my pages be made public?: Only if you give us permission to include them in our portfolio.
Will you keep a copy of my pages?: We will keep a copy of your pages for a short period. We recommend you keep you pages in a safe place once you've recevied them from us.
Who will have rights for the code you send me?: You will have all the rights over the files we send you (HTML, CSS, images).
